Bob Graham
Bob has spent more than 25 years designing and delivering crisis response, de-escalation, and emotional intelligence programs for public service professionals throughout Washington State.
At the Washington State Criminal Justice Training Commission, he oversaw program creation, instructor development, and scenario-based learning for officers and civilian staff.
In 2009, Bob launched Safety Awareness & Field Education Resources LLC (SAFER LLC) to help agencies, municipalities, and community organizations strengthen how they respond to complex field situations.
