For more than 15 years, SAFER LLC has delivered evidence-based training to agencies, municipalities, and community organizations across Washington State. Our work empowers professionals who serve the public to navigate complex scenarios with clarity and composure.
Founder Bob Graham built SAFER LLC after a long tenure with the Washington State Criminal Justice Training Commission. The programs he led shaped statewide standards for crisis intervention, emotional intelligence, and trauma-responsive practice.
